Hyundai made a six-speed automatic transmission standard on all Sonatas for the 2013 model year. This midsize sedan comes in GLS, SE, and Limited trims, and the base engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder providing up to 198 horsepower. Optional engines produce 200 and 274 horses, and the Sonata returns between 22/33/26 mpg (city/highway/combined) and 24/34/27 mpg.
